Here's What Happens Next

I use an E-learning platform to provide you with all the courses you have purchased.

My sales system will send you an email with the access information for the membership, which means the link to the e-learning platform, your username and your password.

Email Alert: For every course you have purchased, you will receive one email with the invoice and one email with the login information.

In case you don't find the emails in your inbox, please check your Spam and/or Promotions folder. If you find the email there, please add me to your address book and whitelist my email address.

If you don't find your email at all, neither in your inbox, your spam folder or your promotion folder, then there was most probably a typo in your email address.

In this case, please write an email to support@gabineurohr.com and we will fix the problem. But you might need a bit of patience because, due to different time zones I might be not available right now.

How to Log in to Your New Course

1. Open the email with the subject line "Your login information for the "99 Challenges"

2. In your email go to • Login page: (red arrow in image below) and open the link

3. The red arrows in the image below show you where to click to login. Please be aware: if you click on a course you didn't purchase, the login will fail.

Here is a little pro tip: if you book mark this page you will find it back more easily and you can toggle between courses in case you own more than one.

4. Copy and paste your email address (it has to be the same one as in your access information email) and copy and paste your password (please pay attention to copy the password without empty spaces)

5. Now you should be in and see the Home page of the "99 Challenges"

7. Trouble shooting: If you were not able to log in, please don't panic. Up to now, we have been able to solve 100% of these cases :)

Make sure you are really using the same email address
Make sure that you really only copy the password and no spaces
Open the login page in an incognito window and login
Try another browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer ...)
Try another device (laptop, desktop computer, it has worked 100% so far)
Delete all cookies in your browser (if you don't know how, please google it or ask a tech friend :)
